Professional LED Screen Rentals Across the Southwest
We deliver, install and operate large-format LED displays for events throughout the Southwest. Mobile LED trailers roll in and are show-ready in under an hour. Modular LED walls scale from intimate corporate rooms to jumbotron-size outdoor builds. Every rental is turnkey: delivery, setup, content playback, teardown.
The Southwest's Large Screen Rental Partner
Turnkey Rental One quote covers delivery, setup, on-site operation and teardown. No hidden labor line at the end.
Daylight-Readable Brightness High-nit LED panels stay legible in direct sun, which matters more here than almost anywhere else in the country.
One Point of Contact The person who quotes your event is the person who answers the phone the week of it.

Built for Southwest Conditions
Screens that work in Nashville or Chicago do not automatically work here. Southwest events bring problems most rental inventory was never specified for, and the equipment has to be chosen for them up front.
Direct Sun and Glare
Open desert sun washes out consumer-grade panels and most projection entirely. High-brightness LED is the only reliable daytime option for outdoor events in Phoenix, Tucson or Las Cruces.
Extreme Heat
Summer highs above 110F push electronics past their rated envelope. Panels and processing need active cooling and heat-tolerant specification, not shade and hope.
Dust and Wind
Spring wind carries fine grit that kills unsealed cabinets and connectors. Structures need proper ballast and rigging, and panels need sealed housings.
Monsoon Season
July through September brings sudden storms across Arizona and New Mexico. Weather-rated panels and a written rain plan belong in the quote, not in a phone call at 4pm.
Altitude matters too. Santa Fe sits above 7,000 feet and Flagstaff is higher still. Generators lose output as elevation climbs, so power gets sized for the site, not for sea level.

Southwest LED Screen Rental FAQs
Q: Which Southwest cities do you serve?
We cover Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arizona, including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Cruces, Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Scottsdale and Flagstaff. Texas is handled through its own dedicated service page. If your event is outside a listed city, ask anyway. Travel is quoted per event.
Q: Can LED screens handle Arizona and New Mexico summer heat?
Yes, when the equipment is specified for it. Panels rated for high ambient temperature with active cooling run reliably through Southwest summers. Consumer and indoor-rated inventory does not, which is why the heat rating belongs in the quote.
Q: What happens during monsoon season?
Weather-rated panels handle rain, and every outdoor booking during monsoon months should carry a written weather plan covering hold conditions, power shutdown and teardown triggers. That gets agreed before the event, not during it.
Q: LED screen or projection for a daytime event?
LED, nearly always, for anything outdoors in daylight here. Projection needs darkness or a controlled indoor room to look good. Southwest sun defeats it. Projection still makes sense for evening indoor events and for very large images on a tight budget.
Q: What power does a large LED screen need?
It depends on screen size and whether a trailer carries its own generator. Power requirements, distances and generator sizing get confirmed during the site walk so nothing gets discovered on event day. At altitude, generators are sized for the elevation.
