Professional LED Screen Rentals Across the Mountain West
Mountain West events happen at elevation, often far from the nearest city, and frequently in weather that changes inside an hour. We deliver, install and operate large-format LED built for exactly that: self-powered trailers, cold-rated panels and power sized for thin air.
The Mountain West's Large Screen Rental Partner
Turnkey Rental Delivery, setup, on-site operation and teardown in one quote, including the long haul to remote venues.
Altitude-Aware Power Generators lose output as elevation rises. Power gets sized for your site’s actual elevation, not for a sea-level spec sheet.
Cold and Weather Rated Panels and processing selected to start and run in genuine cold, not just to survive a mild evening.

Built for Mountain West Conditions
Altitude, distance and weather swing are the three things that turn a routine event into a hard one here, and all three have to be handled at quote time rather than on site.
Elevation and Power
A generator rated at sea level loses meaningful output at 7,000 feet. Undersized power is the single most common failure on mountain events, and it is entirely preventable.
Rapid Weather Swings
Sun to hail to wind inside an afternoon is normal here. Weather-rated panels and a written hold plan matter more than they do almost anywhere else.
Cold Weather Operation
Shoulder-season and winter events need equipment rated to start cold, plus crew and cable management that work in freezing conditions.
Remote Venue Access
Ranch, resort and backcountry venues often have no three-phase power, limited road access and no cell signal. Self-powered trailers and a real site walk solve it.
Intense high-altitude sun is its own problem. UV at elevation is stronger than most people expect, so daylight brightness requirements here are closer to desert specs than to Midwest ones.

Mountain West LED Screen Rental FAQs
Q: Which Mountain West cities do you serve?
We cover Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, including Denver, Colorado Springs, Salt Lake City, Provo, Boise, Billings, Bozeman, Cheyenne and Jackson. Resort and rural venues between them are quoted per event.
Q: Does altitude actually affect the equipment?
It affects power most of all. Generators lose output as elevation climbs, and an undersized generator is the most common cause of trouble at mountain events. We size power for your site’s elevation rather than a default spec.
Q: Can you run an event in cold weather?
Yes, with equipment rated for it. Cold-start behavior, cable flexibility and crew handling all change below freezing, so winter and shoulder-season events get a different equipment list than a July date.
Q: What if the venue has no power?
That is common here and it is planned for. Self-powered LED trailers bring their own generation, and a site walk confirms access, placement and fuel before the event.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
Summer festival, rodeo and graduation season books early, and so do resort dates around holidays. Remote venues also need more lead time for travel and site review.
