Fifteen Years of Live Event Production
We have been building screens for live events for fifteen years. Crews for ESPN, Netflix, Red Bull and Nike have all run shows on our equipment. Fully insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request for any venue that asks for one.
Three LED Trailer Sizes
Every mobile LED trailer rental arrives on its own trailer, levels itself and goes show-ready without scaffolding or a venue install. Pick the size that matches the room or the crowd. Every LED video trailer rental includes delivery, setup and an operator on site.
23' x 13'
Our largest mobile jumbotron rental. Built for festival crowds, stadium lots and race weekends where people are watching from a few hundred feet back.
17' x 10'
The workhorse. A large LED screen rental that suits corporate events, school stadiums and outdoor screenings without needing a full production footprint.
12' x 7'
A portable LED screen rental for tighter spaces. Ballrooms, sponsor activations, ribbon cuttings and anywhere a full trailer would crowd the room.

Austin Events We Cover
Festivals and Concerts
Festival season here runs most of the year, from ACL weekends to SXSW. Outdoor LED screen rental for music festivals, street festivals and park events, including side-stage video so the crowd at the back can still see the show.
Corporate and Tech
Product launches, all-hands meetings, sponsor activations and downtown conference season. An LED video wall rental scales from a conference room to a parking lot build, and an LED billboard rental puts your message where the traffic already is.
Sports and Race Weekends
UT football Saturdays, race weekends at Circuit of the Americas, watch parties and finish lines. Jumbotron rental for anything where the crowd needs a replay they can actually see.
Civic and Campus
Graduations, city programming, public viewing events and campus events across the Austin area.
Why Austin Event Planners Call Us

- Readable in direct sun. These are daylight-rated LED panels, not projection. The picture holds up at two in the afternoon in August.
- Most quotes back same day. Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many people. Usually you have a number the same day.
- Insured, COI on request. Venues that require a certificate of insurance get one without a delay.
Austin LED Screen Rental FAQs
Q: How much does an LED screen rental cost in Austin?
Event LED screen rental pricing depends on screen size, how many days you need it and how far the trailer travels. The quote covers delivery, setup, an operator on site and teardown. Tell us the date and the venue and most quotes come back the same day.
Q: Can you deliver to a downtown Austin venue?
Yes. The trailer needs a path in and a place to sit, which is the part worth sorting early for downtown addresses. We confirm access, power and placement on a site walk before event day rather than discovering a problem on arrival.
Q: Will the screen be readable in Texas summer sun?
Yes. These panels are rated for direct daylight, which is the whole reason to use LED here instead of projection. Projection needs darkness or a controlled indoor room. An August afternoon in Austin defeats it.
Q: What size LED screen do I need?
Roughly, the further back your furthest viewer sits, the bigger the screen. A 12′ x 7′ suits a ballroom or a sponsor booth. A 17′ x 10′ covers most corporate and school events. A 23′ x 13′ is for festival and stadium crowds. We will tell you honestly if a smaller one does the job.
Q: Do you provide an operator?
Yes, an operator is included. Someone runs the screen for the length of the event, so you are not handed a remote and left to figure it out.
