STIR HEART, RINSE HEART: PIPILOTTI RIST
Saturday, March 06 - Sunday, September 12
San Francisco Museum of Modern Art 151 Third Street, San
Francisco
Known for saturated colors, sensual images, and an unconventional
use of space and scale, Pipilotti Rist's video installations are
at once tangible and boundless -- witnessed in the here-and-now,
but full of interpretive possibility. Rist's newest work, Stir
Heart, Rinse Heart, commissioned for this exhibition, is a
multichannel video installation that incorporates found objects
hung from the ceiling to diffuse the light of the video
projection and create a reflective environment to be navigated by
the viewer. The exhibition also includes two of the artist's
earlier works.

URGENT LOCATION NEEDED!! $500/day plus a finder's fee
Hello fellow film and television producers -
I am in urgent need of these locations in the Los Angeles/Valley
area. We plan to shoot next week. The company is Steele Films and
we have 1mil liability insurance. The locations are for a
commerical for a theme park company "World of Fun." We
can pay $500/day (plus a finder's fee), but let me know if you
have locations that work but are more expensive.
INT OF HIGH SCHOOL CLASSROOM (we can dress it if necessary) - 1
day March 13th Saturday - regular classroom like "Ferris
Bueller's Day off)
EXT OF HOUSE - 1 day March 14th need front yard for one actor.
Cartoony, like "Edward Scissorhands' house" We will
only use the exterior
BUS BENCH March 14th (we need good control at this location - we
will be doing a wire special effect) grassy, urban feel (like the
Hughes Center in Culver City)
SWING SET IN A PARK ( First 1/2 of the day) and OFFICE BOARDROOM
(Second half of the day) March 16th with hallway access (This
will have a special effect - a wire will pull one of the board
member out of the room during the commercial, so we need access
to the hall)
This is an company out of Kansas doing a commercial on
"World of Fun" - an amusement park
Pls email Melanie at mjscast@yahoo.com or sepiacinema@yahoo.com
with pics if you have them.
